Integration between HL7/CDA and ISO/IEC 29110 from a Systematic Review

The lack of interoperability between information systems in the health sector has hindered the integration and the exchange of electronic health record information between different systems. To address this problem, international standards have been developed, such as HL7 for the exchange of clinical and administrative information in the health sector and ISO/IEC 29110, which focuses on the management of the software development life cycle in small and medium-sized companies.The present work corresponds to a systematic review that focuses on identifying and analyzing scientific publications that describe the adaptation of the HL7 and ISO 29110 standards, with the objective of synthesizing and analyzing the findings to build a model that allows the integration between the two standards allowing a better use of the information systems and a greater interoperability between the different health care providers.
