Content Recommendations for Knowledge Refreshing: a Case Study

A methodology for creating a core database and producing personalized recommendations of learning content for knowledge refreshing is suggested. The recommendation for a learner is based on the similarity calculated for a group of experts taking into account a knowledge level and content perception identified by the questionnaire. A case study is considered for YouTube videos devoted to the use of articles in English. The research is intended for identifying necessary data for creation of a case-specific technology as well as guidelines for recommendation technologies at the early stages of data collection.
