(ω) - the load impedance, lines of equal values of the relative deviation from the nominal value of output power and normalized voltage on the transistor at the time of its turning on, obtained by changing the frequency of the amplified signal. It is shown that the expansion of the operating frequency band of the PA can be ensured either by decreasing the output power or reducing the efficiency due to the increase of voltage drop across transistor before switching. The proposed method allows solving the problem of matching circuit synthesizing at a given acceptable deterioration of the listed characteristics.
