A Company Recommendation Method Based on Characteristic Analysis for Job Hunting Support

Job-hunting websites and applications have become popular tools for job seekers, but they often lack differentiation, making it difficult to find companies that match their preferences. A survey of graduates in 2020 revealed a strong emphasis on positive company culture and growth opportunities. To address this, we propose a method that identifies key characteristics desired by graduates and ranks companies accordingly. Our approach involves assigning a total score to each company based on these characteristics and providing company recommendations to job seekers. This paper presents our proposed company recommendation method for ranking companies and its effectiveness through subject evaluations.
