Determination of Admissible Power and Digital Filtering Algorithm Development of Discretely Regulated Autonomous Induction Generators

Autonomous induction generators have such advantages as simplicity of design and high reliability. For a number of generators based on general industrial induction motors, their admissible capacities were determined according to the criterion of permissible thermal load of the stator winding. A digital filtering algorithm was developed for discrete adjustment of the capacitance of the excitation system under the conditions of stochastic load, which allows to avoid rattling of contacts at switching points.
