A Compact WR-4 Band Manifold Diplexer Based on Quasi-Elliptical Filter

dual-mode resonator, two transmission zeroes (TZs) are introduced in each channel stopband, which greatly improves the isolation between the two channels, reduces the guard band width, thus improves the spectrum utilization. The space mapping technology is used to design the proposed diplexer which improves the numerical efficiency while ensuring accuracy. Simulation results show that two channel frequency of the proposed diplexer is 189-198 GHz and 204-213 GHz, the common port return loss is greater than 20dB. This compact diplexer has great potential application in terahertz communication systems.
