Characterization of Doubly Periodic Guided-mode-resonance Grating for Angular Insensitive Bandpass Filter

An angular insensitive bandpass filter was experimentally demonstrated with use of guided-mode resonance. Wavelength error was smaller than 1 nm against variation in azimuth and polarization angles when incidence angle was within 1 degree.
