Smart Working Environment of PT ABC to Support Business Performance Post Covid Condition

This study examines the mediating effect of Employee Engagement on the relationship between Psychological Contracts and Perceived Organizational Support with Business Performance. The design/methodology/approach was used through random sampling of 695 respondents who are employees of a leading mining contractor company in Indonesia. The test results produced by Smart-PLS show that the psychological contract and Perceived Organization Support can explain the Employee Engagement construct quite significantly, while Employee Engagement can explain the significant Variability of the Business Performance construct as well. The practical implications of the practice of psychological contracts and Perceived Organization Support are needed to ensure a high level of employee engagement and to be able to improve the company's business performance.
