IoT based Public Information System for Industrial Pollution Detection and Control

Internet of Things (IoT) is the state-of-the-art technology that is making the world smarter. IoT has been recently implemented in wide range of industries to solve various challenges. This research study intends to enable a solution to monitor and control the industrial pollution by using IoT technology. Here, the composition of gas present in the industry will regularly updated to the public by using a mobile application and if the level exceeds the limit an alert will also be sent to the pollution control board. From the results obtained, it is evident that the proposed model is very informative in updating the real-time pollution status of various industries and assisting the pollution control board to make any decision regarding the pollution control.
