Multi-band intermodulation RADAR and a new method to enhance its detection capability

Non-linear RADAR are used to detect communicating electronic systems in electromagnetic environments. The exploitation of the non-linear (NL) characteristics of the targets is necessary to achieve this. In our case, we collect the third order intermodulation product IM

of the RF systems in order to detect them. A multi-band architecture of our RADAR is presented as well as the associated extended protocols included the use of a new method of detecting targets. Finally, we introduce a simulation model that we developed to predict the performances of our RADAR.
