Design and Implementation of Compressed Air Quality Detection System for Tobacco-curing

Compressed air system is a very important system in cigarette factory, and the water content of the compressed air determine the product quality of the cigarette factory directly. The quality of compressed air for tobacco-curing is difficult to guarantee. Therefore, in order to measure the water content of compressed air accurately, the idea of online detection of compressed air quality for tobacco-curing is proposed. In this paper, the design process of compressed air quality detection system is described in detail from the aspects of design idea, implementation scheme and experimental verification. The experimental results show that the compressed air quality detection system designed can realize the online detection of compressed air quality accurately and ensure the quality of compressed air.
