Research on Path Optimization of Automated Warehouse Based on Genetic Algorithm

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and utilization rate of goods in traditional warehouses. Firstly, the genetic algorithm (GA) is used to optimize the path of the key equipment in the automated warehouse, namely the stacker, and then the purpose of simulation verification is realized by using Matlab software. The final experimental results show that the GA model has obvious effect on the path optimization of the stacker, which can greatly improve the efficiency of goods in and out of the warehouse, save time cost and reduce the energy consumed by the key equipment in the process of goods picking.
