Design of thermally separated high Q resonant cavity in 8-18GHz

In order to simulate the high temperature environment of the wave-transparent material in actual work, and based on the traditional high-Q cylindrical cavity needs to be heated as a whole during the high-temperature experiment, this paper designs a thermally separated high-Q resonant cavity that can thermally separate the sample stage from the main resonant cavity. The design of the water-cooled main resonant cavity is different from the overall heating of the traditional high-Q resonant cavity, which effectively reduces the thermal loss and thermal instability of the main resonant cavity. This design can effectively reduce the thermal loss and thermal instability of the main resonant cavity, reduce the deterioration of the thermoelectric performance of the main resonant cavity, and increase the stability and service life of the main resonant cavity under high temperature long-term test. The system simulates the high temperature working environment of the material to be tested, and realizes the complex dielectric constant test of the material in the high temperature environment.
