Modeling and Simulation Analysis of Novel Magnetic Control Switch and Mechanical Characteristics

This paper focuses on the modeling and simulation of a novel magnetic control mechanism for a 12kV column circuit breaker. Firstly, the mechanical principles of the new magnetic control mechanism are introduced, and a dynamic model is established. A virtual prototype is constructed using multibody dynamics software ADAMS for dynamic simulation. Based on the simulation results, corresponding optimization directions are proposed to meet the mechanical performance requirements of the control mechanism. This study provides a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the research on the operating mechanism of column vacuum circuit breakers.
