Design of Wearable sEMG Acquisition Sensor and Data Gathering

With the continuous progress of modern science and technology, human-computer interaction has gradually become a hot focus topic, among which, as a physiological electrical signal widely distributed and easy to collect, surface myoelectric signal is used in medical rehabilitation, gesture interaction, motion estimation and other recognition scenes. However, sEMG signal is a kind of very weak signal, which is easily affected by internal or external interference noise in the acquisition process, and the original signal can be used only through the external system filters and amplifiers. At present, the myoelectric devices commonly used in related research often with large size, which cannot meet the needs of portability, and have great restrictions on the use of scenarios. Smaller sensor equipment was designed with a single idea, generally using metal or hard plastic material as the sensor base, which lead to poor biological coupling and poor user experience. With the progress of science and technology, new flexible electronic processing technology and new software materials are put into use, which can take into account the signal processing needs of the sensor system and the user's sense of experience. In this research, a sEMG signal acquisition sensor with flexible material base will be designed, and it's hardware and software system will be built around the sEMG signal acquisition, processing and application methods. The sensor performance is verified by the accuracy of recognition.
