Some Explorations Based on the Application of BIM Technology in Housing Construction Project Management

In recent years, the construction industry has gradually become an important industry in the development of national economy, and housing construction projects occupy a large proportion in the construction industry. Building construction projects have high requirements for the application of building information modeling (BIM), and the application of building information modeling technology assists housing construction project management to improve project management and make the model innovation of project management possible. The article analyzes the application of BIM technology in each stage of housing construction project management, discusses the selection and application of BIM technology, and proposes development measures, so as to provide some ideas for the application of BIM technology in housing construction project management.
