Research on Cable Support System of Prefabricated Building Composite Floor Based on Numerical Simulation Analysis

At present, there are some problems in the construction of large-span composite floor slabs in prefabricated buildings, such as cumbersome construction of temporary support systems and easy instability. In order to solve the above problems, based on the finite element method, this paper proposes a cable support system for the construction of assembled steel structure composite floor. Through the simulation of the material nonlinearity and structural nonlinearity of the composite slab in the whole construction process, the influence of the parameters such as the cross-sectional area of the cable, the initial tensile stress, the thickness of the gasket and the cross-sectional area on the structural performance is studied. The unit load stress, strain cloud map, key node load-vertical displacement curve. The results show that increasing the initial tensile stress of the cable can effectively improve the initial stiffness of the structure. Reducing the cross-sectional area of the cable is an effective method to reduce the structural deflection, improve the initial stiffness and delay the initial stiffness degradation. It is recommended that the ratio of the initial tensile stress to the ultimate strength of the cable is not greater than 0.4, and the lightweight material gasket is preferentially selected.
