Metamaterial Risley Prism

Compared to conventional gimbal systems, Risley Prism beamsteerers are more compact, more resistant to vibration, offer higher scan speeds, and require lower power for operation. By integrating metamaterials, we demonstrate further improvements for future Risey Prism systems by reducing mass and improving scalability.
