Nanomagnetic Logic Simulation of Digital Design

Nanomagnetic Logic (NML) is one of the most promising technologies at present. It consists of very small-sized magnets, which represent a magnetic domain. These circuits work with extremely low switching power dissipations and consume less power. Currently, the case studies are based on smaller and simple circuits without any specific focus on the effects of geometry on signal propagation and decoupling. In this paper, we present a brief overview of NML, some basic circuits, and the simulations of various focal circuits and show the effects of the geometry of magnets on the signal in NML logic circuits.
