Construction of Meteorological Emergency Communication System Based on Portable Satellite Emergency Communication Station

In recent years, the state has increased investment in meteorological undertakings, meteorological modernization has penetrated into all aspects of the meteorological field, and meteorological detection means and capabilities have been greatly improved. Emergency mobile communication system is based on the actual use needs of users, using short wave, ultra-short wave, trunking, satellite, microwave and other wireless communication means and wired networks, etc., to comprehensively integrate and upgrade the vehicle-borne platform, and build an emergency mobile communication system. Communication security in emergency command system should also be the key issue that people should pay attention to. Because satellite communication is basically used in emergency communication, this paper makes a deep discussion on the data encryption in satellite communication, and puts forward a mixed encryption scheme with elliptic curve to solve the encryption of satellite communication data in emergency command. In practice, the location of satellite communication portable stations is reasonably applied to the emergency communication management, and a case study of the location of satellite communication portable stations in large-scale emergencies is carried out to verify the effectiveness and scientificity of the model. At the same time, it provides a useful reference for the potential application of the emergency location model of satellite communication portable stations given in this paper.
