Research on Optimal AGV Path of Intelligent Manufacturing Workshop Based on Improved Genetic Algorithm

Automatic guide car is one of the key equipment to realize automatic production in intelligent manufacturing workshop, and it is an important logistics carrier. In order to improve the automatic production efficiency of intelligent manufacturing workshop, the path length of automatic guided vehicle can be optimized. In this paper, an optimization model with the lowest logistics transportation cost and the shortest path of automatic guided vehicle was designed for intelligent manufacturing workshop. The improved genetic algorithm was used to optimize the initial population, and the fitness analysis was carried out. The code was converted into a matrix for crossover operation, and finally the mutation operation was carried out. The results show that the improved genetic algorithm can be used to optimize the path of automatic guided vehicles.
