Design and simulation analysis of EFP warhead

According to the characteristics of weapon system, EFP warhead is selected as the strike terminal of the system, and four liner schemes are designed from the choice of liner, and the forming simulation and penetration simulation of single EFP are carried out one by one. According to the results, the optimal subaperture scheme was selected, and the liner design is fed back according to the penetration results, forming a positive gain effect. According to the simulation results, the live-fire test was designed and carried out. The final sub-caliber variable wall thickness liner scheme can meet the requirements of breaking A3 steel plate of 40mm and meeting the requirements.
