A Comparative Analysis of Fast-style Transfer and VGG19-GramMatrix Approach to Neural Style Transfer

To assess the effectiveness of each method, both quantitative and qualitative analyses were carried out on a dataset of images used in the research. The findings demonstrate that both techniques are capable of producing stylized images, but Fast-style transfer yields more visually appealing outcomes while VGG19 with Gram Matrix yields more stylized images with consistent content. By highlighting the differences and similarities between two widely used techniques, this research makes a contribution to the field of neural style transfer.
