Electromagnetic-Thermal-Stress Multiphysics Simulation of Microwave Amplifier

In this paper, we propose a multiphysics simulation method for microwave amplifiers, integrating electromagnetic, thermal, and stress analyses. By combining the discontinuous Galerkin time-domain (DGTD), finite-element time-domain (FETD), and finite element method (FEM), highly accurate simulations are performed. At last, the method is applied to analyze the multiphysics effects of a microwave amplifier, providing comprehensive insights into its performance characteristics.
