PID control of medical centrifuge based on improved PSO-BP neural network

With the rapid development of servo drive field, permanent magnet synchronous motor has gradually become one of the most important drive motors in high-performance servo control system because of its light weight, high efficiency, high precision and simple structure. In order to meet the demand of the rapid development of medicine and scientific research, the research and development of high-performance medical centrifuge has become a hot spot in the field of servo control. Aiming at this situation, this paper designs a medical centrifuge with permanent magnet synchronous motor as the driving motor. The controller part adopts BP neural network PID control algorithm, and combines with particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the weight of neural network. Finally, simulation experiments are carried out on the designed servo control system of medical centrifuge. The experimental results show that the control system has fast response speed, small overshoot and strong anti-interference ability, which effectively improves the performance of medical centrifuge.
