AHP Model Construction for Monitoring and Feedback of Australian Bush Fires Data Based on UAV Patrol

The perennial drought-Australian wildfires have had an indelible impact on every state, especially in New South Wales and eastern Victoria. We have assembled an AHP model and repeater drone optimization model for better helping drones to better monitor fires front trend. in order to determine the optimal number and combination of SSA drones and radio repeater drones, we established an AHP model. By weighing capacity, safety, and economy, and considering the size and frequency of fire events, we obtained the best cruise coverage of SSA drone is 100%. We use Arc GIS software to visualize the fire data and obtain the center of the three monitoring areas through cluster analysis. Considering the relationship between terrain factors and distance, using particle swarm algorithm to solve the number of optimal repeater UAVS is 9.And we got the best position of EOC is(146.5507,-36.6061).Then we Standardize the shortest cruise time function and cost function of the SSA drones. Based on the idea of greedy algorithm, the optimal number of SSA drones in the three monitoring areas is obtained through comprehensive evaluation as 2,4,2.
