Design of A Mental Health Assessment System Based on Fuzzy Evaluation

In today's diversified and rapidly developing society, whether it is the living environment, learning environment, making friends environment, or the environment for further education and employment, it all puts great pressure on people. However, existing mental health assessment systems only use professional language to describe users' evaluation results, which brings great inconvenience to users' understanding and analysis of evaluation results. As a result, users cannot timely know their mental health status and cannot detect their mental health problems. Therefore, in response to the problems in the current mental health assessment system and how to better assist individuals in analyzing their own mental health status, this article proposed a mental health assessment method based on fuzzy evaluation technology. Finally, this article also analyzed the psychological status of 2022 college students through a fuzzy evaluation system for mental health assessment. From the results of some students' mental health tests, it can be seen that two students have moderate and mild abnormalities in their psychological conditions. By examining the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the two students' psychological conditions, it can be concluded that they have higher scores in depression and interpersonal sensitivity. Therefore, in subsequent psychological health interventions, it is necessary to focus on providing assistance to students from these two aspects.
