The Optimist: An User Choice-Aware Mobile Application Featuring Entrepreneur Support, Entrepreneur Selection, and Investor Assistance

The entrepreneur plays a crucial role in a country's socio-economic growth by creating new jobs, businesses, wealth, services, and products. However, the current works on entrepreneur selection for funding, entrepreneur support, and best investor selection are mainly focused on offline-based selection, rather than user demand-aware online-based selection. The offline-based entrepreneur support system suffers from huge delays and cost-consuming problems. To surpass the existing challenges, this work develops a user choice-aware mobile application with entrepreneur support, suitable entrepreneur selection, and investor selection feature for funding facilities for the Bangladeshi people. The user experience analysis revealed that more than 70% users rated the proposed application features as better than the existing works.
