Design of a 7 Element Yagi Uda Antenna for tracking LoRA based Satellites operating at 433MHz

A 7 Element Yagi Uda Antenna for tracking of LoRA based satellites operating at 433 MHz is proposed. A Ground station that uses Internet of things to track the satellite was also built along with the Antenna. The 7 element Yagi was designed and simulated using 4NEC2 software and the basic parameters such as gain, reflection coefficient and SWR was obtained. Later the Antenna was Built physically and interfaced with the Open source platform that tracks all the LoRA based satellite was implemented. The Satellites that pass through VJIT Ground station were tracked and beacon signals were obtained successfully.
