Research on Flotation Level Detection Based on EIT Technology

In the flotation process, it is usually necessary to measure and control the flotation level in order to increase the productivity of the flotation machine as much as possible. This paper introduces a flotation level detection method based on EIT (Electrical Impedance Tomography). By simulating, the flotation field model was constructed, and the conductivity distribution inside the field model was reconstructed by applying current stimulation and solving the forward and inverse problems. It effectively verified the feasibility of detecting the level in the flotation field based on EIT, and provided technical support for the subsequent exploration of industrial applications.
