Research on High Reliability Grid Connection Control Strategy for Single Phase Voltage Source Inverters

China’s electrified railway mileage ranks first in the world. As the energy heart of electrified railways, the overall performance of the traction power supply system directly affects the safety, stability, and economic operation of the railway. The through type traction power supply system, as a new type of traction power supply method, meets the new standards of the times for energy applications. In this paper, a through type traction power supply system is proposed, with single-phase voltage source inverters as the research object. A composite inverter grid connection control strategy with satellite timing and droop control as backup is proposed, which meets the grid connection standards while improving the reliability of the control strategy. Finally, the correctness of the control algorithm was verified through simulation and experiments.
