Two-layer Programming of Compound Energy Storage System in New Power System

Energy storage is the key support for new energy power generation, peak shaving, transmission and use. Therefore, the development of composite energy storage systems in new power systems is of great significance. In this paper, an optimal configuration model of the composite energy storage system is designed for wind and solar power generation, and a two-layer decision-making model is constructed to consider the economic benefits of battery life in the upper layer and the charging and discharging strategy in the lower layer, so as to optimize the overall framework of the composite energy storage system. To reduce its full life cycle cost as much as possible and improve the reliability and economy of energy storage systems. This paper adopts the particle swarm algorithm, using the improved weight method, symmetric factor acceleration method, asymmetric factor acceleration method of three improved particle swarm algorithms, energy storage optimization configuration comparison, iteration speed comparison and economic cost comparison, through calculation and comparison. Finally, select the non-pair factor acceleration method, which not only reduces the cost of the whole life cycle, but also optimizes the working state of the battery.
