Distributed Fixed-Time Optimal Resource Management for Microgrids Based on Event-triggered Mechanism

Optimal resource management is of paramount importance for microgrids. In order to reduce communication resource waste while solving the problem of optimal resource management for microgrids, a fixed-time distributed optimization algorithm based on the event-triggered mechanism is proposed. This algorithm takes into account both economic dispatch and demand response. By establishing a Lyapunov energy function, it is proved that the algorithm can complete the optimization process within a fixed-time interval, with an upper bound on convergence time that can be derived independently of initial conditions. The validity and superiority of the algorithm are verified through a numerical simulation example.
