Design of Active Disturbance Rejection Control for Fast Maneuver of Flexible Micro-Satellite

With the development and application of micro-satellite technology, the flexible micro-satellite has higher requirements for the stability and rapidity of the control system design when carrying out space missions. An active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) method is designed to solve the problem of the internal vibration of the solar panels and the external persistent disturbance in flexible micro-satellites. The internal and external disturbances are integrated and expanded into state variables for estimation, so that the complex interference problem is simplified and the algorithm is simple. The parameters of nonlinear state error feedback control law are designed by tuning the parameters of PD control method combined with engineering experience, and compared with the traditional PD control method. The simulation results show that the ADRC method is superior to the PD control method in terms of rapidity and stability when applied to the flexible micro-satellite attitude maneuver, which meets the requirements for rapidity and high stability.
