Direction of Arrival (DoA) Estimation Using Irregular Arrays

In this paper, a new method for DoA estimation using irregular synthetic array will be presented. Power spectral density (PSD) which helps to estimate DoA of multiple sources is computed over signals received by irregular arrays/trajectories. The technique exhibits decent accuracy for DoA estimation of multiple non-coherent sources without ambiguity and is robust to imperfect synchronization of receivers.
