Reliability Analysis of Wind Turbine Generator Considering Environmental and Meteorological Data

For the wind turbine generator reliability problem, a wind turbine operation reliability analysis model considering disturbance is proposed, and the model is constructed based on the evidential reasoning rule method. The model considers both quantitative meteorological data such as wind direction and wind speed and qualitative environmental information such as weather and terrain, and gives a specific method to normalize multivariate information by the static reliability and dynamic reliability of the evidence. In addition, the weights of the evidence are determined by the difference method. A rule/utility-based approach is used to unify the evidence in a discriminative framework. The wind turbine reliability state is obtained by fusing the evidence with the evidential reasoning rule, and its actual power output is compared to determine the wind turbine operation reliability. Finally, the validity of the model is verified by a real case of a wind farm to provide reference for wind power system design and operation decision.
