Research Progress and Prospect of Silicon-Based RF Microsystems

Silicon based RF microsystem has great application potential in radar/communication and other fields. In this paper, several typical microsystem products are developed by using silicon-based wafer level 3D stacking technology, the integration and production efficiency are greatly improved, thus providing a solution for the large-scale manufacturing of advanced RF products.
