Role of Big Data to Boost Corporate Decision Making

In a competitive and technologically advanced world, firms must innovate and make other decisions to survive. Startups struggle to implement business intelligence solutions due to high license prices, the need for an integrated data warehouse, and a lack of functionality. Big firms have Big Data and Analytics infrastructure. Big data may be used by organizations to build processes, goods, services, and strategies. Comprehensive literature review supports important implications, usage, and advantages. The article highlights how Microsoft Power BI lets startups use large-scale big data tools for unstructured data analysis without investing in costly infrastructure. New firms may increase revenue by identifying trends, patterns, new opportunities, success rates, and user preferences. The research studied Organizational Culture (OC) and BDA's social and technical subsystems' effects on strategic decision-making in Saudi Arabian higher education institutions using the Socio-Technical Systems theory. Quantitative cross-sectional survey is based on ontological positivism. Big Data People (BDP) IT and data scientists and OC high management represented Saudi Arabian universities.
