HLPG-Based Bandwidth-Enhanced Flat-Top Filter and Its Application to OAM Mode Converter

A bandwidth-enhanced flat-top OAM mode converter is proposed and demonstrated both theoretically and experimentally, which is realized by using a helical long-period fiber grating but operated at DTP wavelength of the L$\mathrm{P}_{1,10}$ mode.
