On Spot Reservation and Parking System

In the developing technological era most of the manual work is replaced with automatic processes. This results in the development of automation technology. Parking system in commercial places like malls, hotels and restaurants is manual and congested. Huge line of waiting traffic in front of the buildings and searching for parking space inside the parking lot creates traffic both outside and inside the building, so the purpose of the project is to automate the parking space reservation and parking method. This whole setup can be integrated to a server. The number plate of the car is extracted with date, in-time and the reserved space. The space can be reserved by the driver in the GUI dashboard. The boom barrier opens and closes only when the photo beam sensor reads nothing. The number plate is captured using ANPR (Automatic Number/License Plate Recognition) technique.
