Fruit Quality Reservation Using Pulse Elctric Field and CNN

Fruit grading is required in the evaluation of agricultural commodities since fruits play an important part in everyday living Although ineffective, present-day equipment is used to assess fruit quality. There are also disadvantages, such as lower dependability, efficiency, and accuracy. Therefore, a novel method for high-accuracy fruit classification is required. Fruit categorization has become a fascinating problem in computer vision. Traditional fruit categorization methods rely on visual skills, which may be time consuming, inefficient, and boring. Fruit categorization has the potential to be extremely useful in agricultural research. Therefore, explore in this sector implies that models based on deep learning might be utilized to improve product quality while relieving workers of the tedious task of manually sorting fruits. In this study, we look at a large set of data of apple, banana, guava, lime, orange, and pomegranate fruits. In other words, we used the CNN approach to create a classification algorithm for fruits, and then fine-tuned CNN. This neural network is designed to attain high certainty in a short amount of time while classifying rotting and fresh fruits and we use a hardware arrangement to show the fruit is good or bad based on the CNN algorithm.
