Cloud Based Town Bus Ticket Payment System Integrated with Mobile Application

Today, buses constitute an essential part of transportation in India. People move cashless and prefer digital payments in the digital India of today. This technology must be adapted for public transit. Although the services are satisfactory, we still require a clever and dependable system. Passengers' main complaints include waiting for the bus, not getting their money back for the remaining balance, and overcrowded buses. We have therefore proposed a smart application that will distribute seats for the customers, can digitally reserve tickets, and the form of payments would be cashless to give a flexible and seamless ticketing experience. Hence, supporting projects for digitalisation and smart cities. When linked to the device at the bus stop, the source of users will be automatically added. Through the toll-free ticketing system, the user can select seats and make electronic payments. An E-ticket will be generated as a confirmation of the reservation, and the conductor will check it before boarding.
