Analysis of Radial Stress Field around Riveted Holes of Single Rivet Panel and Two Way Rolling Re Shaping Strategy

In this paper, through theoretical analysis and numerical modeling of single rivet riveting process, it is observed that a large axial stress is formed after the panel is riveted, and there is uneven distribution in the axial and radial direction of the rivet hole. Through analysis, it is concluded that the uneven axial stress field plays an important role in the panel riveting deformation, and through two-way rolling finite element model, the stress field of the panel is re evenly distributed, The maximum deformation of the panel is reduced and the deformation is uniform, which confirms this view.
