An Innovative Method for Personal Health Records That May Be Used in Emergencies

Personal health records (PHR) are a major study area in the present day. Numerous research studies have put out a number of management and organization strategies for PHRs. The function of a PHR in emergency situations is one of many unresolved concerns, though. In this work, a method for managing PHR information in emergencies is suggested. A PHR is managed by its owner; therefore, managing a PHR in an emergency depends critically on how emergency personnel may even if any PHR proprietor is unavailable to give permission, view PHR information. Each PHR may be divided into a number of categories using the suggested system. A separate constraint is presented by each group. The emergency personnel can also enter each category in accordance with the guidelines established by in this work, the threshold cryptosystem is modified to let a chosen group whereas the PHR owners is sleeping, of PHR-owner-delegates to authorize the urgent personnel.
