Design and Implementation of Remote Real-time Condition Monitoring System for Power Operator

Recently, real-time monitoring systems have shown their strength in data collecting and managing, which have been used in various scenarios, such as smart home, and so on. However, there are few systems specifically designed for power operators. Due to the complexity of work scenarios and work types, and the frequent exposure to danger or emergency situations, power workers need to monitor their working environment, physiological state and behavior to ensure that they are in normal health and working condition. In this paper, a real-time condition monitoring and early warning system for power operators based on multimodal data is proposed, which can realize the monitoring of the environment and the working status of operators by establishing a multisource heterogeneous data fusion model. Experimental results show that the system can effectively realize remote real-time status monitoring and early warning, which prove that it has good application value.
