A Survey of Green Development Level for Logistics Enterprises based on Likert Scale using the R Language

With economic globalization and high-speed commodity circulation, logistics industry has become a pillar industry of modern society. Taking the path of green development is objective requirements for logistics enterprises to improve the market competitiveness, and is also an important social responsibility of logistics enterprises. In this paper, we first read extensive literature on green logistics and used technical methods to determine 16 key indicators, then made a 7-point Likert scale, distributed and collected 635 questionnaires. Among the valid 606 questionnaires, we used R language to visualize and analyze the data such as density distribution, heat map, and histogram, which revealed the pattern of the survey data and laid the foundation for the next step of principal component analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis.
