Digital Strategies of Service Sector Enterprises: Promising B2B Decisions

The study is devoted to digital strategies of enterprises in the service sector. The key trends of digitalization of business processes of enterprises in the service sector have been determined. The results of a pilot survey of enterprises in Sumy region of Ukraine are presented. Prospective innovative strategies of enterprises in the service sector are proposed. As part of the process approach, we propose to consider a digital agency within the system of business processes management, the ultimate goal of which is the production or supply of software, or the provision of applied IT services.
