The study of micro-nano structure design for radiation excited by free electron beam

When electrons pass above the metallic micro/nano periodic structure, radiation is generated. Through the radiation field, the periodic structure and electrons will have interaction forces. Similarly, radiation with different distribution coefficients may achieve by adjusting the interaction force between the periodic structure and electrons. On this basis, we designed different micro-nano structures based on radiation mechanism, and analyzed the dependence of the energy distribution and spectra of the diffracted radiation with the structure shape. This research helps study radiation in complex micro-nano periodic structures. And it is expected to be used in Terahertz radiation sources to improve the efficiency of electron radiation.
