Introduction of Recent Research Progress on RM At IAE, CAEP

This paper presents recent progress on relativistic magnetron (RM) in Institute of Applied Electronics (IAE), China Academy of Engineering Physics (CAEP), including RM with diffraction output (MDO), RM with all cavity axial extraction(ACAE) RM, rectangular vane-type eight-cavity (R8) MDO, permanent magnet packaged RM and axial tuning RM. The performance of RM advances significantly in high efficiency, reliability, minimization, light weight, and wide band tuning in IAE.
