Design and Development of CAI Courseware for Physical Education

The comparative analysis of teaching experimental data shows that there is no significant difference in the three physical fitness indicators and technical standards before and after the teaching experiment between the experimental class and the control class, and there is a significant difference in technical evaluation; There was no significant difference in the physical fitness indicators, technical evaluation, and technical standards of the control class before and after the experiment; There was no significant difference in physical fitness indicators and technical standards of the experimental class before and after the experiment, but there was a significant difference in technical evaluation. This shows that the combination of left push and right attack in table tennis with multimedia teaching is of great help in mastering the correctness and standardization of technical movements. It further demonstrates that using multimedia teaching in table tennis technology classes is both feasible and effective. The multimedia teaching method not only improves students' self-learning ability, but also cultivates students' independent thinking and problem-solving abilities. The use of multimedia courseware for left push and right attack techniques in table tennis has been well received by experts and students.
